National History Day is a student competition that engages students and teachers in historical research and skill development. More than a half a million middle and high school students participate each year. Each year National History Day frames students' research within a historical theme. The theme this year is Breaking Barriers in History. The National Air and Space Museum receives hundreds of requests for information and access to experts. Tune in to have your questions answered by experts from the Museum. Questions can be submitted in advance to NASMStudentQuestions@si.edu or live on Facebook.
